Run Club is a great way to de stress. Especially if you've been stuck indoors all day. Fresh air and exercise with good people is one of the best ways to start the week.This group run is designed to get you started in the world of running in a no pressure environment. If you take to it you may like to join us on a race day or event that we do.

CIRCUITS

Tuesday

6.30-7.30pm

 

Circuits is a great way to get a full body workout in one hour. Its great for fat burning, muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. We also have a great bunch of people to train and motivate each other. remember that you can work at your own pace. 

HIIT

Wednesday

William Parker Sports Centre, Hastings, TN342PG

7-7.45pm

 

HIIT is a high intensity workout that will leave you feeling fulfilled and fatigued in equal measure. This is a fast paced body weight workout that is short dharp and gets the job done.

All classes £4 pay as you go ( first class free ).
